Twenty nine climbers at the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro!
100% success rate
At the invitation of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, I accepted to be team leader for a group of climbers, with a double objective of reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and raising $ 150,000 to grant wishes to children with life threatening diseases.
On February 2007, I am very pleased to announce that all the members of my expedition “Climb for Wishes 2007” stood atop of Africa’s highest peak!
It is the first time a team of this size can boast a 100% success rate. I am equally proud to announce that not only did we reach our objective for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, we doubled it! To over $300,000 raised. This is the equivalent of granting some 50 wishes for sick children. I would like to sincerely thank those who personally supported my cause as I raised $32,000 for the Foundation
